Health Services Director
Our services are provided under the supervision of a Health Service Director. Our Health Service Director performs the following services:
- Supervises staff and care partners in administering services and care to residents
- Communicates and coordinates with resident health care providers
- Conducts resident assessments as needed in order to meet resident’s changing care needs
- Oversees resident’s needs, including ensuring resident receives proper activities of daily living support and care
- Schedules and participates as needed in resident and family care conferences
