COVID-19 Update for Clearwater at Riverpark

Dear Residents, Families and Guests,

First, let me start by expressing our gratitude and appreciation to our residents and family members who have been extremely patient and compliant during this difficult time. Our team has been impressed with your resilience. I also want to commend our team members for their extraordinary and tireless efforts to help protect themselves, their peers and our residents’ health and safety through the COVID-19 pandemic. With everyone’s cooperation, and as a result of the heightened measures we implemented early on, Clearwater at Riverpark remains free of COVID-19.

At Clearwater, we understand the precautionary measures currently in place have been challenging for residents and their loved ones. Your well-being is important to us, and we are fully committed to your health and safety. Therefore, our team members will have masks available for residents and continue to offer complimentary ancillary services such as dog walking and running errands. We will also continue to adapt our programming to provide additional support and engagement as well as help our residents stay connected.

We expect that these protocols will be in place through the month of May. We will continue to monitor the situation, make updates pursuant to the guidelines provided from public health officials, and communicate changes expeditiously.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping to keep everyone safe and well.
